Zusammenfassung:
Um die Realisierung und Integration von Teleworking-Konzeptionen in Organisationen erfolgreich voranzutreiben, ist die Unternehmensführung aufgefordert, wichtige Faktoren und Rahmenbedingungen in der eigenen Organisation nach Bedingungen und Voraussetzungen für die Umsetzung dezentraler Arbeitskonzepte zu hinterfragen. Die Abstimmung und gegenseitige Berücksichtigung dieser Faktoren ist für die erfolgreiche Realisierung von Teleworking von entscheidender Bedeutung.
Summary:
To realize and integrate new teleworking concepts in organizations sucessfully, top management is requested to reflect important factors and frameworks within the organization with regard to new decentral working concepts. The consideration and coordination of these factors is very important for the success of teleworking projects.
